Who we are

SiteBinder is a product of SageBrain, LLC. By using SiteBinder, you're agreeing to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What SiteBinder is

SiteBinder is a tool for organizing and tracking websites, domains, subdomains, and pages. It's intended for personal and professional use by developers, freelancers, agencies, and indie builders.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Don't share your password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

You must be at least 13 years old to use SiteBinder. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SiteBinder to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Store sensitive personal information such as passwords, financial data, or private credentials in notes or description fields
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the service in ways that degrade performance for others

Plans and billing

SiteBinder offers a free plan and paid plans (Creator and Builder). Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider. Lifetime deal purchases are one-time payments with no recurring charges.

We don't offer refunds on monthly subscriptions that have already been billed. Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund within 14 days of purchase — contact us and we'll work it out.

We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price changes take effect.

Your data

You own the data you put into SiteBinder. We don't claim any rights to it. You can export or delete your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data.

Service availability

We do our best to keep SiteBinder available and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance. We'll try to give advance notice when possible.

Limitation of liability

SiteBinder is provided "as is." SageBrain, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to lost domain renewals, data loss, or business interruption. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the service.

Termination

You can cancel your account at any time from within the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. If we terminate your account for reasons other than a terms violation, we'll provide a prorated refund for any unused paid period.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll update the date at the top of this page and notify users of material changes. Continued use of SiteBinder after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, United States. Any disputes will be handled in the appropriate jurisdiction within Iowa.
